Mistress Ivey's Gentleman's Guide

I don't know where she's headed but Mistress Ivey has started a series on her blog. It's titled For Gentlemen Only. She is trying to tell a man how to approach a woman with a FLR relationship. In part one she has tried to give her view on the start.
I was wondering how some of the KH's would feel about this. This may help some of the new guys that frequently ask here how to approach their KH.
