How do you remain focussed?

I hear you there. You are locked and living it 24/7. How can it not be on your mind non-stop?

Me, the only thing that helps is telling myself to focus. The last thing in the world that I would want to do is lose my job. I must focus on the priority not the sexual high. Just keep telling yourself to focus on what is most important right now.

But I hear you and feel the same way.
