I have been locked for months at a time without any leakage of any kind. I have been let out after months of being locked up and then edged for an hour and still no pre cum to speak of, maybe a drop or two. I just don't generate it (or won't give it up).

@CZSteve - I have definitely experienced what you are describing. After a few days of denial (with or without a belt) my ejaculate will start to coagulate. It gets VERY clumpy.
