Typing from my phone so will be brief.

I had my wife read "Male Chastity A Guide for Keyholders" by Lucy Fairbourne off of Amazon. Leaving hints like open web pages would not have worked and I doubt they would more than 0.01% of the time in the real world.

I am on Sarah's e-mail list and every now and then something good comes through, but most is just pushing her products. Anybody have any thoughts on her book (BCWYWF) compared to the one above? I know Dev had something and if I remember right Sarah's ranked pretty high, especially compared to the other.

I have both. The copy of Lucy Fairbourne's is actually one that Dev sent me. My copy of BCWYWF was not that expensive, I bought it when it first came out and was "promo"ed at 20 something bucks. I am glad that I bought it and got a lot from it and Sarah's emails at the time. I don't think I would pay $60 or more for it though.

I didn't think "Male Chastity A Guide for Keyholders" was as good but like most things there were parts that were helpful. Also glad I didn't pay full price for it.

My wife never read either one, just wasn't interested. She would however discuss various points that I would bring up.

First off, I like Sarah, and I have several of her books. BCWYWF was probably the best, and is really a good introduction. It's written for both men and women, and is very straight-forward.

Her website has become something like a Lose Weight Now! diet site, which is too bad - but it's her website, and as long as she's getting subscribers, then I'm happy for her.

Anyway, the book is much better than leaving various websites open and "hoping" that your wife gets the hint.

I'm not expecting her to read it and lock me up the next day. It's more of an icebreaker so it is easier to bring up the topic, and she has some info already, so she doesn't feel out of her depth.

It's a passve form of ice breaking. Again, what's so difficult about sitting down and saying "Hey, there's something that I would really love to try, and I'd really like for you to explore this with me." It's honest, open, and you don't have to dump any more information on her than you can both handle.

it is waaay easier for the introducee to get freaked out without some context of what you in particular are asking for, or why it's important to you and what you're hoping for. count this as a vote for "hey, let's talk about this idea i have..."

I think I've heard of her site before but had never bothered tracking it down. I'm always suspicious of sites that request personal information. Has anyone had problems after providing her with a name and email address? Is it worth doing or is it the same old stuff you can find or figure out on your own?

I have been a subscriber to Sarah's site for sometime now. In the beginning it was informative and helpful in understanding MC. I did end up purchasing one of her downloads. Of late it has turned into more of a "Push My Product" site. I get daily emails from her but she pretty much only wants to make a sale. I have been tempted to unsubscribe of late.

Agreed, every email seems more about selling her books than anything else. By subscribing tho you will get here free guide which is ok.

I actually had a discussion with my wife last evening and she said that this book by Lucy was the biggest help in her understanding where I wanted this MC thing to go.

I also directed her to the Keptforher.com web site. Tom & Suzie have a wonderful site for prospective KH's to visit.

You know, I'm trying to remember how I got into this and how I got my wife into it. I honestly can't remember. I'm guessing that I somehow stumbled upon the whole topic via porn and discovered that the idea of being denied turned me on (being on the submissive side). I'm also guessing that, given my methods, I likely emailed a kinky letter to my (now) wife suggesting that I'd like to only orgasm in her presence and at her will since I had 'bad' habits when she wasn't around. Habits I needed to control for her. And then likely sent her a link to the cb6000 site (at the time cb2000 I believe). That allowed her the time and space to consider what I was envisioning. Early on she was very very concerned for safety, health and cleanliness which prevented her from going whole hog. When I had locked myself in too tightly for too long so that it caused an abrasion once removed, she wanted nothing more to do with it. Recently, however, as we were working on getting pregnant, I told her I had figured out a problem free way of wearing it (cb6000s) and guaranteed her that I had found no evidence of health concerns of chastity or that it would effect my sperm count. That using the cage I would store up goodly amounts of sperm for our endeavor. That is now confirmed with twins on their way. I also made a large point of suddenly doing everything for her, more so than normal, and being twice as attentive and affectionate, so that she would experience the obvious benefits. We've never talked about it much - although I have sent a few emails to which she would respond in person. Given how long I've been locked and not knowing if this is now lifestyle or still short term fun, I recently suggested getting a steel one (the plastic snapped one morning and I had to quickly get replacement parts). She responded very negatively to this, although I'm not sure why. Could only be the assumed cost. I haven't brought it up again. We'll see where she goes with this and I'm happy to be along for the ride.
