I originally posted this as a response to an old post, but today I decided to write about my own journey, so here goes!

I've been very overweight for a very long time. I've tried various different diets and exercise routines over the years, and although they generally work for a while, they all suffer from the same problem - a lack of motivation.

Any Infraction of any of the rules results in an immediate forfeit of that week's challenge.
