Short answer. I don't know! But as this is the journey thread I intend to keep you all updated.

No posting in this thread for 6 years! So I guess it's time to write an update.

I have been a chastity enthusiast since the last millennium. With this new homemade desing things are much better. See other posts and pictures about the tube design. The new design also allows you to wash everything when you shower and is totaly effortless to wear.

Had to take off due to irritated skin on the underside at the inward end of the tube. As the tube material is only 1.5mm, it is difficult to round off the edges sufficiently. Now the skin has healed and the edges have received more polishing.
