I suggest you try some cheap chinese metal devices with several ring sizes first before ordering a custom device.

That's what I'm doing, with a cheap chrome plated device having 3 different base rings. But the cage tube is unique, and does not allow to test various diameter or length...

I was not aware that there was size steps. I thought that custom made implied exact size can be ordered.
Could the various users of custom made devices give their thoughts on how accurate the size should be ?

It's puzzling me because I read in the forum that one has to have a glove fit to get confort. If I spend time measuring that I need a 33mm diameter tube, I then have the choice between a to tight 30mm and a loose 35mm. Same for length between something to short or to long by 5mm.

I looked to red chili web site.
One thing puzzling me, is that the dimension can not be any number.
The possible tube length are 10mm spaced, and ring diameters are 5mm spaced.
Why can't the exact required diameter or length be manufacture?

Quick update after one day with pantyhose section over package:
It proved efficient against rubbing. Unfortunately, one irritation up to bleeding (up to at underside of shaft) forced me to use the emergency key and remove the cage.
