In the picture you have one of the plastic end caps on the spout. Do you leave that on during the day to prevent infection of your urethra? If so, how did you modify it to fit over the wire that holds the spout in place?

We leave ours in an envelope that's been tightly sealed, and my wife has put her initials at serveral places over the seams. I know where the envelope is, but it would be very clear if it was ever opened.

I'm ashamed to admit I had to pick 7. I started with a CB6k, then a slew of Chinese devices (some better than others), before I finally got my custom built Contender. I see no need to buy any more and will likely discard of the rest.
