I think I would opt for the once a year option as well.
Having orgasms whenever "I" like just doesn't have that much appeal anymore, but at this point in life I'm not ready to willingly give them up entirely.

I'm wearing a cb6000s and use a q-tip to make sure I have the proper alignment with the slot in the end of the tube to avoid spraying everywhere. When out, I always keep a small baggy with 2 or 3 q-tips in it in my pocket. Of course I use the stalls in public restrooms to avoid onlookers.
